8,000 four-colour 32 page sections a minute, 476,000 an hour, 11.4 million a day, or 520 million complete magazines a year - whichever way you look at it, Polestar Petty equals power and performance, specialising in high quality, long run, time critical magazines and supplements.

Polestar Petty's service offering to the publishing market does not stop at its level of productivity.  The company is able to offer a range of personalisation and targeting techniques that enable publishers to differentiate, test and evaluate advertising initiatives and innovations.  Single colour changes to covers mean that barcodes, regional headings or prices can be easily changed; inkjetting facilities allow complex number and letter combinations; A/B splits of an advert within a four-page cover can be produced on press.  A combination of these methods means that Polestar Petty can offer the true A/B/C/D splits of four, six and eight page covers.

Forming part of its bindery, four applicators are housed alongside the company's four stitching lines, which offer card-gluing facilities and six loose inserters.
